We offer Free shipping for all order over $185 or flat shipping at $23 all across Canada under the limit!

Currently, we are accepting e-transfers. Please send us the e-transfer along with your order number and we will ship the products out ASAP!

After shipping out, the delivery should take about 2-3 days to arrive all across Canada! 

Our site is completely secure and all transactions are protected. 

After making an order, you will receive a confirmation. Once we have the tracking number we will send out another email notifying you.

    Ordered with Platinum Herbal Care for my first time just before the long weekend. At first I was skeptical as they were short-staffed and things were taking some time. They were great at keeping me updated though. I ended up getting the wrong product which was unfortunate, but after speaking to the team they ended up sending me the correct product to make up for it and expedited shipping to ensure it made it before the long weekend. Super happy with my experience!

    I have always been wearisome of ordering on line because i always feel that people are out to take advantage of me...( history issues..lol) and i thought that Platnium herbal care was no different....BUT.....after having mailing issues these guys have taken care of me and my situation. They remained in contact with me and answered any of my emails within a very reasonable time frame and remained apologetic for the issues we were having.
