Ordered with Platinum Herbal Care for my first time just before the long weekend. At first I was skeptical as they were short-staffed and things were taking some time. They were great at keeping me updated though. I ended up getting the wrong product which was unfortunate, but after speaking to the team they ended up sending me the correct product to make up for it and expedited shipping to ensure it made it before the long weekend. I have always been wearisome of ordering on line because i always feel that people are out to take advantage of me...( history issues..lol) and i thought that Platnium herbal care was no different....BUT.....after having mailing issues these guys have taken care of me and my situation.
